<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an adhesive composition with which thinning of a film and a sheet is achievable while keeping a high barrier effect by blending a specific amount of an organophilic layered silicate with a modified polyolefin having a polar group. SOLUTION: 0.1-20 pts.wt. of an organophilic layered silicate is blended with 100 pts.wt. of a modified polyolefin having a polar group. As a polar group of the modified polyolefin, isocyanate, hydroxide, carboxyl, an epoxy, an amide, an acid anhydride group and so on can be mentioned. As an organophilic layered silicate, a layered crystal which belongs to the phillosilicate in terms of mineralogy is used after it is made organophilic by means of, for example, ion-exchange between the exchangeable metal cation of the phillosilicate and an organic cation, inter-layer polymerization of an hydrophilic organic monomer in an aqueous solution in which the phillosilicate is dispersed, blending with an hydrophilic polymer or other methods. The organophilic layered silicate is preferably dispersed in the complex with an aspect ratio of at least 50.</p> |
