<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To curtail a drying time and a molding cycle by a method in which a molding material of poor stickiness is used, a flow in a cavity is made uniform, and the removal of added water is made easy. SOLUTION: The ratio of paper fibers:starch:polyvinyl alcohol:water is made 7:2.1:0.9:6.5, 1 pt. of zinc stearate per 100 pts. of the total amount of these is added and kneaded, a tablet-shaped molding material 29 with reduced stickiness is fluidized and packed in a cavity with crimp processing applied on the mold wall surface 19 of a fixed side mold 1 and on the mold wall surface 20 of a movable side mold 5, the mold 1 and the mold 5 are kept at 180 deg.C, and the added water is released/removed as steam from the clearance of 0.1 mm formed between parting surfaces 15, 16. In this way, a product having a smooth surface without cracks can be produced in a short molding cycle.</p> |
