PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce pure carbon without sticking of a catalyst at a low temp. or the normal temp. by a catalytic reaction using small scale apparatus. SOLUTION: This carbon is produced by introducing a gaseous mixture of carbon dioxide and hydrogen into a fluidized bed-type reactor 13 filled with a transition metal catalyst 21, then introducing the formed carbon together with the used catalyst and post-reaction gas into a cyclone 15 in order to separate the catalyst from the carbon and gas and finally introducing the carbon and gas separated from the catalyst into a cyclone 17 in order to separate the carbon from the gas. |
