PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument that is a pillow-like element divided across the width into a forward portion and a back portion for stretching neck and shoulder muscles when adjusted in height. SOLUTION: In a supine position, a forward portion 1 of a pillow-like element is deflated down and a back portion 2 thereof is inflated up to stretch the cervical vertebra, or the forward portion 1 is raised and the back portion 2 is lowered to loosen it. In a lateral position, likewise, the forward portion 1 is lowered and the back portion 2 is raised, or the forward portion 1 is raised and the back portion 2 is lowered to flex the cervical vertebra to the left and right. Both the portions 1 and 2 are a sealed bag and have respective tubes 3 and 4 via which an air pump or the like inflates or deflates them. |
