MANUFACTURE OF TUBE LINING MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a sealing work after connecting while enhancing a connecting speed. SOLUTION: The tube lining material is formed by impregnating a tubular resin adsorption material 1 covered on its outer surface with a plastic film 6 having high sealability with curable resin. In this case, the strip-like material 1 is folded, and its width direction both ends are superposed. The superposed parts are linearly sewed except a sewing margin to form the material 1 in a tubular state. Then, the tubular material 1 is turned over so that its inner surface becomes an outer surface. Thereafter, a plastic film 6 is welded or bonded to its overall or partial outer surface.
