PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cataplasm hardly causing accumulation of body fluid such as sweat between the surface of the skin and the adhesive layer because of insufficiency of absorption of the body fluid such as sweat even in a vigorous sweating action, and further hardly causing reduction of the adhesion of the adhesive layer and peeling off thereof by the sweat. SOLUTION: This cataplasm comprises an adhesive layer having water- permeability, and a carrier for carrying the adhesive layer. The carrier comprises a supporter and a water-absorbing layer put between the supporter and the adhesive layer. The water-absorbing layer is composed of (U) a water- absorbable resin-containing polyurethane composite body obtained by reacting (D) a water-absorbable resin dispersion obtained by dispersing (B) a water- absorbable resin formed in (A) a polyoxyalkylene compound, or its water- absorbable gel, in the component A, with (P) a polyisocyanate compound.
