METHOD FOR FORMING CULVERT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the stepping pressure of a farmland by power shovel works when a culvert is to be formed on a dry farming land and a pasture. SOLUTION: A ditch 2 for the culvert is formed at a place in the vicinity of an open ditch 3. A lower section 2D for a hydrophobic-material filling layer and an upper section 2E for a surface-soil filling layer are formed into the ditch 2 for the culvert, and a place in specified size in the depth direction of the lower section 2D for the hydrophobic-material filling layer and the open ditch 3 are connected by a pipe 2F for flowing water. The lower section 2D for the hydrophobic-material filling layer is filled with a hydrophobic material 2G, and the upper section 2E for the surface-soil filling layer is filled with surface soil 2H.
