PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the durability, ruled line forming accuracy and maintainability by forming a long receiving channel formed of a metal material and a forming corresponding to the shape of ruled line forming protrusions of a formed sheet along the long side direction on a central section thereon. SOLUTION: Receiving bodies 1 of required numbers for the ruled line formation are provided on the positions corresponding to ruled line forming protrusions 3 on a bottom force, and the main bodies 1b of the plane shape of, for example, narrow and long hexagonal shape formed of a metal material, for example, a stainless material are formed on the receiving bodies. Long receiving channels 1a corresponding to the shape of the protruded ends 3a of the ruled line forming protrusions 3 are formed along the long side direction on the central sections of the main bodies 1b of the receiving bodies 1. The sectional shape of the long receiving channels 1a is formed into various shapes corresponding to the shape of the protruded ends 3a of the ruled line forming protrusions 3 and formed into the section semi-circular shape, the section semi-elliptical shape, the section crest shape and the like in compliance with the thickness, shape and the like of a corrugated board C. As the receiving bodies 1 are formed of the metal material, wear is scarcely generated.
