SOLUTION: A self position of a travelling body is compensated by compensation data input from a GPS compensation information input part 4, and a target position of a target on a track specified by a path specification part 6 of track map information held in a track map hold part 5 is specified in a target specification part 7. A self position of the travelling body from a GPS receive part 2 is checked with track map information memorized in the track map hold part 5 and is compensated to a position on a path based on the information specified in the path specification part 6 in a control part 8, and a track distance from the obtained self compensation position to the target position specified by the target specification part 7 is calculated.
