PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method simply, quickly and previously concentrating a sample including fungus body belonging to genus Legionella in high reproducibility and in high recovery enabling the Legionella test capable of quickly and precisely obtaining the results even from a sample having low concentration of fungus body belonging to genus Legionella. SOLUTION: The sample including the fungus body belonging to genus Legionella is previously filtered through a hydrophilic polyethersulfone membrane filter before the detection, identification of the fungus body and counting of the fungus bodies from the sample including the fungus body belonging to the Legionella. |
