PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for separation of valve operation systems between a body and a cabin when the cabin falls and tilt the cabin by making a control valve arranged under the floor of the cabin able to operate hydraulically. SOLUTION: A cabin 2 is mounted to a body 1 so as to be able to fall. A pilot valve operable within the cabin 2 is disposed on the cabin side, and a pilot-operation-type control valve operable by the pilot valve is disposed on the body side. Then, both valves are connected to each other by a flexible hydraulic pipe 15, and looseness to accommodate the cabin falling is set in the hydraulic pipe 15.
