摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and safely effect the alignment work of an optical system even when a large number of non-visible laser beam or high output laser beam is transmitted by providing a bundle fiber one end of which is comprised by a plurality of single-core optical fibers and the other end of which is comprised by a plurality of single-core optical fibers to transmit the visible and non-visible laser beams through a plurality of single-core optical fibers at the center and on the periphery. SOLUTION: A work is irradiated with laser beams 8-13 emitted from non- visible laser beam oscillators 2-7. The laser beam 15 from a visible laser beam oscillator 14 is used for the positioning as the reference beam in the alignment of the optical system to constitute a laser beam irradiation device 1. The laser beams 8-13, 15 are respectively incident on single-core optical fibers 23-29 by condensing lenses 16-22. One end of an optical fiber 30 is integrated to form a bundle fiber 31, and in its end section, the respective single-core fibers 23-28 are uniformly arranged with the single-core fiber 29 as the center axis.</p>
