PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated film for a metal plate laminate, which is excellent in a forming workability such as a deep drawing or the like, a heat resistance, a retorting resistance, a keeping taste and fregrancy and has an improved impact resistance. SOLUTION: This film is produced by laminating a resin layer A made of a copolymer polyester having a major repeating unit of an ethylene terephthalate and a melting point of 210-245 deg.C and a resin layer B consisting of 5-45 wt.% of a copolymer polyester and 55-95 wt.% of an ionomer and having a melting point of 210-245 deg.C.
