PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an overflow type endoscope cleaning and disinfection device considering the prevention of the defect of strongly acidic water in the cleaning and disinfection of an endoscope in an automatic endoscope cleaning and disinfection method. SOLUTION: Strongly alkaline water, strongly acidic water, water, and U-shaped cleaning vinyl chloride pipes 3a, 3b and 3c are provided in a box 1, the control section 9a of a cable assembly 9 is engaged with one upper ends of the U-shaped cleaning pipes 3a, 3b and 3c, storing portions 2a, 2b, and 2c for strongly alkaline water, strongly acidic water, and water are formed. An overflow plate 4 to regulate the level of the strongly alkaline water, strongly acidic water, and water is provided in the storing portions 2a, 2b and 2c, and an overflow portion 7 formed along the overflow plate 4 communicates with a drain pipe 5, and the U-shaped cleaning pipes 3a, 3b and 3c communicate with water supply pipes 6a, 6b and 6c.
