PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door locking device which is capable of suppressing the projecting height from a forward surface of a door as much as possible, easy in anti-theft property, fitting and operation, and capable of improving the control. SOLUTION: A door locking device 21 which is provided with a main locking device 24 and a sub locking device 25 to be operated from a face side of a door 23 within a case 22, and fitted to the door, is integratedly provided with a slide cover 26 which slides on the face side of the case 22 to cover the main locking device 24, and slides in an unlocked condition by unlocking the sub locking device 25 to enable the operation of the main locking device 24.
