PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a foundation concrete improved in the level precision of horizontal plane of concrete by rotating a screw bar mounted on a form member to level the upper surface of the form member, and then filling ready- mixed concrete. SOLUTION: A separator 3 is arranged on sill 14, and a prescribed number of form members are arranged thereon. At this time, a frame member 11 and a frame member 12 are preliminarily mounted on a form 10, and a screw bar 13 is screwed thereto so that the screw bar 13 is placed on the sill 14. An upper separator 2 is arranged on the upper surface of the form with a space so as to straddle the space for filling ready-mixed concrete. The screw bar 13 screwed to the form member is rotated, whereby a leveling is performed so that the horizontal level of the upper surface of the form 10 is uniformed, and ready- mixed concrete is then filled in the space formed by the form 10. According to this, the level precision of horizontal plane of concrete is improved, and a foundation concrete having a sufficient level precision can be constructed without requiring a skilled worker.
