PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain cuts of two lines simultaneously and to form a recessed groove in the ceiling face of a tunnel or the like, in a side wall of a building, etc., by providing two disk-shaped rotary cutters in parallel and by connecting them to a drive source so that they can be rotated respectively simultaneously. SOLUTION: A cutter unit U is raised by extending a piston rod of a hydraulic cylinder 12 and two rotary cutters C1 are positioned. When an oil pressure of the hydraulic cylinder 12 is removed, the cutter unit U falls down gradually under its own weight. After the rotary cutters C1 are driven to rotate by a motor M and two places are cut in the shape of lines simultaneously with a space set between them, a concrete face is crushed by operating a drilling hammer 21, so that a recess be formed. Cutting is made to a lower part by the gradual lowering of the cutter unit U under its own weight. When the rotary cutters C1 fall to a lower end, an elevated-spot working vehicle is moved to a subsequent position, a boom being raised, the rotary cutters C1 being positioned at a prescribed position on the upper side and cutting being executed again. According to this constitution, a recessed groove can be formed efficiently.
