<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the manufacture of an unacceptable article by a method wherein a lamination can be continued under the condition that metal bands connect with each other. SOLUTION: When the residual amount of a metal band 2 wound in a roll is insufficient, the metal band 2 is cut at its position, which shifts outwards from an insulating intermediate plate 3 under the condition that the metal band 2 drawn out of the roll is put upon the insulating intermediate plate 3 at the uppermost stage. The roll, around which the metal band 2 has been wound, is exchanged for a roll, around which a new metal band 2 is wound. Next, by unwinding the roll, the tip of the new metal band 2 is moved outside the insulating intermediate plate 3 at the side opposite to its cut side. Under the state that the end part of the metal band 2 is held at the position just mentioned above, the metal band 2 is placed upon the metal band 2, which has been placed upon the uppermost stage insulating intermediate plate 3. Next, by putting anew the insulating intermediate plate 3, a lamination is restarted in the similar order as that before the cutting of the metal band 2 thereon.</p> |
