<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform replenishing work for necessary and indispensable goods to goods shelves rationally, quickly, and correctly with a hand reduced in a picking system. SOLUTION: At the time of original goods collecting work for a picking system, a work vehicle 1 starts a start point before a work control table 4, then stops at a given goods collecting point P in a goods area A1 to collect goods on goods shelves 2, and reaches a shipping area A2 to unload the goods collected here then backs to the start point. At the time of performing goods replenishing work, the vehicle 1 starts the start point and then reaches an arrival area A3, and loads replenishing goods here then stops at the point P in the area Al to replenish the goods to the shelves 2 then backs the start point. This eliminates trouble that a worker (a) pulls a cart, etc., to carry the goods to the shelves 2 by walking at every goods replenishment, also that erroneous passing through or finding the point P.</p> |
