摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely increase a brake fluid pressure even when a trouble is caused in a Master vac without deteriorating a feeling when a brake pedal is stepped on. SOLUTION: A lever ratio switching mechanism comprises a lever 1 arranging a brake pedal in one end and small/large lever ratio end parts 1a, 1b in the other end, yoke 2 fixedly provided in an input shaft of an operating pressure generating means, collar 3 loosely fitted to the yoke 2 movably in the operating direction of the input shaft, intermediate member 4 externally fitted to the collar 3, spring 5 arranged between the intermediate member 4 and the yoke 2, and a pin 6 journalling the intermediate member 4 and the small lever ratio end part 1a, so as to be formed with the large lever ratio end part 1b nearer to the swivel center of the lever 1 than the small lever ratio end part 1a, also formed with a clearance 7 smaller than a moving range of the collar 3 between the large lever ratio end part 1b and the yoke 2.
