PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polycarbonate-based resin composition capable of exhibiting excellent flowability and impact resistance by adding a specific compound to a resin composition comprising a polycarbonate-based resin and a thermoplastic polyester-based resin at a specific ratio. SOLUTION: This polycarbonate-based resin composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. resin containing (i) a polycarbonate-based resin and (ii) a thermoplastic polyester-based resin at a weight ratio of (95/5) to (60/40) and (B) 1-30 pts.wt. polyogranosilsesquioxane compound composed of 90-40 mol% unit of formula I (R is a 1-12C hydrocarbon or the like), 0-50 mol% unit of formula II (R' is a 1-12C hydrocarbon, hydroxy, alkoxy or the like) and 10-60 mol% unit of formula III. In the resin composition, the component B has preferably 1,000-10,000 weight average molecular weight and a ratio (molar number of formula I/molar number of formula II) of units of formula I and formula II constituting the component B is preferably >=5/6. Industrially remarkably useful composition can be provided thereby.
