PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve abrasion resistance of resin surfaces and to obtain high adhesion stably by sputter etching of surfaces of fluorine resin molded articles and subsequently subjecting the surfaces to electric-discharge treatment in an atmosphere containing an unsaturated hydrocarbon. SOLUTION: An alternating power of 0.1-20 Watt/cm2 is applied to a surface of a fluorine resin molded article such as films and sheets under a pressure of 0.0005-0.5 Torr to subject the surface to sputter etching with accelerated ions such as nitrogen. Subsequently, the fluorine resin molded article surface is subjected to plasma electro-discharge treatment by applying a high voltage in an inert gas atmosphere containing 0.01-10 vol.% of a 2-4C alkylene such as acetylene as an unsaturated hydrocarbon to obtain a surface-modified molded article. As an adhesive for this molded article, a halogen polymer-based adhesive, a silane-coupling agent or a phenol-based adhesive is used when the thing the molded article adhere to is a rubber such as NR and NBR, a silicon-based or fluorine-based rubber or a urethane-based rubber, respectively.
