PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a repellent sheet for vegetation roots suppressing the growth of vegetation roots within the neighborhood, capable of previously preventing various troubles generating in the soil by including and dispersing specific copper powder in a synthetic resin sheet. SOLUTION: This repellent sheet for vegetation roots 1 is prepared by in cluding and dispersing copper powder 2 comprising one or two kinds of copper and copper compounds in a synthetic resin sheet. A preferable synthetic resin sheet is a foamed synthetic resin sheet, more preferably a foamed sheet comprising open cells, and the copper powder 2 preferably comprises powders of copper compounds.
