PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide film-coated granules where taste of medicine is masked and the medicine is eluted in a short time by coating bare granules including medicine with film. SOLUTION: The film-coated granules are prepared by coating the outer surfaces of bare granules where medicine is supported on the surfaces of globular core particles with film including ethyl cellulose and an acrylic polymer at a solid content ratio of (1.0:0.1)-(0.2:1.0). As the granules show rupture-type elution where medicine dissolution rate is slow immediately after the start of elution test and medicine dissolution rate rapidly increases after a certain passage of time, the granules are suitable as granules where taste of medicine is masked.
