PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent a roll-form wrapping film from winding back by respectively specifying the content of a petroleum resin, and the weight percentage of a cyclized rubber and an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer of a varnish comprising the cyclized rubber, the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and the petroleum resin. SOLUTION: A varnish 2 for the prevention of a winding back is composed of a cyclized rubber, an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and a petroleum resin, and the varnish is diluted with a solvent and made a coating liquid. In this case, 2-10 wt.% of the petroleum resin as a solid component is contained, and the weight percentage between the cyclized rubber and the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer is set at 80-50:20-50. Also, as a cyclized rubber, one of which the melting point is 135-150 deg.C is used. In addition, as an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, one of which the solftening point is 75-125 deg.C, of which the glass transition point is -30--10 deg.C, of which the melt index at 190 deg.C is 40-50 g/10 min is used.
