PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To upgrade a sense of a stereoscopic quality and a sense of a hand touch by spraying an aggregate paint on one layer selected from a base material, a rough coating layer, a design layer and a transparent protective layer. SOLUTION: A sealer layer 2 for waterproofing or stopping an alkali as needed is executed on a surface of a base material 1 having a protrusion and recess surface, a joint color paint layer 3 is provided on the overall surface of the layer 2, and a protrusion color paint layer 4 is provided on a protrusion part of the layer 3 to constitute a roughly coating layer 5. A design layer 6 using a printing ink made of a coloring agent, a binder resin, an extender, another additive and the like is partly provided on the protrusion part of the layer 5. Further, an aggregate 7 is scattered on the layers 5 and 6 directly or through a suitable adhesive, or an aggregate paint mixed suitably with binder resin is sprayed thereon.
