PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to manufacture a template used for a deburring machine with reduced number of processes. SOLUTION: An NC program rewriting mean 17 rewrites an NC program for machining products based on a graphic data for machining a product P following an NC program through the control of an NC device 25, and based on a machining data entered through input means 5, 7 for a template TP installed on a deburring machine. The NC device 25 controls a plate material finishing machine 1 to produce a template based on a rewritten NC program.
