PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coated metallic sheet which has an excellent reflection characteristic in a near IR region, is, therefore, capable of preventing the temperature rise of the coated metallic sheet and has excellent weatherability as well in spite of the metallic sheet coated with a coating material of black or dark color. SOLUTION: The coated metallic sheet consists of the coated metallic sheet formed by coating the metallic sheet selected from a cold rolled steel sheet, galvanized steel sheet, aluminum plated steel sheet, aluminum-zinc plated steel sheet, aluminum-manganese plated steel sheet, aluminum sheet, stainless steel sheet and copper sheet with the heat shieldable coating material containing at least one kind of colored pigments which exhibit absorption in a visible region and exhibit reflection in a near IR region and coloring pigments of >=12% in the solar radiation reflectivity defined by JIS A 5759 or above, a vehicle having the excellent weatherability and a white pigment at need.
