PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coated metallic sheet which has excellent corrosion resis tance, workability, adhesion property, boiling water resistance and acid resis tance and is formable to a non-chromic system. SOLUTION: A primer coating film containing at least one pigments selected from (A) silica particulates having a glass transition temperature of 40 to 125 deg.C a non-chromic-base rust preventive pigment and oil absorption rate within a range of 30 to 200 ml/100 g and a pore volume within a range of 0.05 to 1.2 ml/g at 7 to 60 wt.% in a coating film solid content is formed on a metallic sheet which may be subjected to a chemical conversion treatment on the surface. A flat finish coating film having the shrink patterns by (B) a shrink coating material is formed on the primer coating film (A).
