PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a chair into the one with a headrest as necessary and to obtain excellent cushion property of a head support part by stopping the movement of a seat part by means of the weight of a person who sits down on a cushion, leaning on the back part supported by means of the backrest of the chair and supporting the head through the use of the head rest. SOLUTION: The back part 3 supported by the seat part 1 and the backrest of the chair 13 is inserted to a cover 5 obtained by forming a bag shape by a place core material 6 in configuration. A hinge connecting part is arranged between the core material 6a of the seat part and the core material 6b of the back part, the core material 6b of the back part is provided with a flexible part being elastically deformation possible, the flexible part is bent in accordance with a load and the erecting angle of the headrest support part in the core material 6b of the back part is changed in configuration. The backrest is set on the chair 13, a person sits down on the cushion 2, his or her back is received by the back part 3 and a rear head part is supported by the headrest 4. The headrest support part of the core material of the back part is bent in accordance with the load so that the head can lean back from a state where he or she is normally seated.
