PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal in which a spring energizing a cover in the direction for closing or opening the cover is not used and further opening/closing of the cover and delivery of a printing body are independently performed. SOLUTION: One end of a guide stopper 28 is axially supported on a cover 30 in a second turning axis 34 parallel to a first turning axis 32. A seal receiver 26 is lightly engaged with a guide stopper 28 in such a state that a printing body 12 is held in the inside of a barrel cylinder 10. When the seal receiver 26 is let out in the axial direction, the guide stopper 28 is slid together with the seal receiver 26 in the axial direction. The second turning axis 34 is moved in the axial direction and the cover 30 is rocked around the first turning axis 32. On one hand, thereafter engagement of the seal receiver 26 and the guide stopper 28 comes off and the seal receiver 26 is independently let out of the guide stopper 28.
