MANUFACTURE OF RESIN THIN FILM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably obtain a resin thin film having a uniform thickness with a low cost by force-feeding a resin material of a liquid state and a gas to a twin-fluid nozzle, and atomizing the material to a heater to adhere the material to the heater to evaporate the material. SOLUTION: A strip-like support 110 for forming a resin thin film is fed from an unwinding roll 121 along a cylindrical can 111, and wound on a winding roll 125. A resin material for forming the film on the support 110 is atomized together with a gas from a twin-fluid nozzle 230 to a heating roll 204 and heated in a resin thin film forming apparatus 200 under the can 111. The material is discharged from an opening 209 to a lower space 25 of a lower pressure at an outside from the apparatus 200 after vaporization, adhered onto the feeding support 110, and solidified to form the resin thin film. The formed film is cured to a desired curing degree by an ultraviolet applicator 140 as required, and then wound on the roll 125. Thus a facility of atomizing the material is simple and inexpensive to stably obtain the film having a uniform thickness.
