PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a decorative sheet with a pattern of superior design properties on which defects such as blisters formed by remaining air on the decorative sheet surface are not generated. SOLUTION: A thermosetting molding material 5 such as an SMC is placed on a bottom force 2 as a pattern mold, on which a sheet-shaped decorative material 6 with a pattern face facing upward is overlapped, and a top force 1 and the bottom force 2 are clamped, and when the top force and bottom force are mated with each other, the interior of the mold is set airtightly by a sealing material 3 such as a silicone packing. Immediately after the top and bottom forces are sealed, a vacuum device 4 connected with the mold is started to operate to vacuumize the interior of the mold until the vacuum degree reaches to a given value, and then the mold is heated and pressurized to carry out the molding. |
