PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent coating material from being removed by applying the coating material to be applied to the surface of an object to be coated on a releasing agent layer formed on the inner surface of a mold and mounting the object to be coated on the applied coating material before taking out the object to be coated from inside the mold. SOLUTION: A mold is divided into a left split mold 20a and a right split mold 20b, and to the inner surfaces of those left and right split molds 20a, 20b, a releasing agent is applied to form releasing agent layers. On the formed releasing agent layers, corresponding to a color pattern, brown coating materials 33a, 33b are applied at places corresponding to eyes in the form of the eyes, and pink coating materials 12a, 32b are applied at places corresponding to ears in the form of the ears, and white coating materials 31a, 31b are applied at the remaining places. And after a rubber chip body which is the body to be coated is mounted on these coating materials 31a, 31b, 32a, 32, 33a, 33b and the mold is closed, the rubber chip mixed body is taken out from the mold taking advantage of the right time at which it has been cured. |
