PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet lid made of resin excellent in light weight, appearance and design property, and sufficiently resistant to a load such as stool or temporary table by forming the toilet lid into a hollow structure so as to form the part abutting on the seat in lid closing into a surface form and provide an inner surface plate including a raised part from the abutting part inner end to the center side. SOLUTION: This toilet lid made of resin has a hollow part 9 integrally formed by a surface plate 7 and an inner surface plate 8. In order to make the inner surface plate 8 abut on a seat 2, the inner surface plate 8 comprises a surface part 10 and a raised part 11 from the contact part inner end toward the center side. The surface part 10 generally has a U-shaped form. The width of the U-shaped surface part is generally set to 20-80 mm, and the surface of the surface part is flat or curved in conformation to the surface of the seat. The toilet lid made of resin has a rib structure of forming down protruding ribs 12 or corrugated ribs 13 from the viewpoint of strength, whereby the strength can be enhanced. |
