PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stably producing polycarbonate resin power, in which a residual organic solvent amount is extremely slight and particle diameter is uniform, in good productivity. SOLUTION: This method for producing polycarbonate resin powder comprises using a screw of a screw extruder having <=3μm surface roughness represented by ten point average roughness, in a method for forming aggregate of polycarbonate resin fine powder in which a weight ratio of the polycarbonate resin to an organic solvent is (95:5) to (35:65), and a weight ratio of water to the polycarbonate resin is 5-120 pts.wt. water to 100 pts.wt. polycarbonate resin by continuously feeding slurry or wet paste in which a weight ratio of the polycarbonate to the organic solvent is (90:10) to (35:65) and a weight ratio of water to the polycarbonate resin is >=5 pts.wt. water to 100 pts.wt. polycarbonate resin, applying shear to the slurry or the wet paste in an extruder and pressurizing the resultant fine powder of the polycarbonate resin. |
