PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out the decision of availability of a fiber sling, and the confirmation of the remaining strength, by picking out a part of a strength confirming test thread provided in the fiber sling from the sling, and confirming its strength. SOLUTION: A hank shaped test thread for strength confirmation 4 provided in the same quality and the same condition with a core thread 2 is provided removable to the core thread 2. A part of the test thread for strength confirmation 4 provided in this fiber sling 1 is picked up from the sling, and its strength is confirmed, so as to decide the availability of the fiber sling 1, and to confirm the remaining strength. As a result, the safety as the product of the fiber sling 1 can be checked.
