PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a deterioration and a contamination due to microbe from being generated, extending to a long period of time, and at the same time, improve the economical property by reducing the using amounts of an antibacterial agent and a water-repellent agent by laminating a coating layer by an antifouling coating agent at an area which is easy to receive the contamination due to microbe on the external surface of a container. SOLUTION: On the external surfaces of an area 1 from the mouth section to the shoulder section of a container, a bottom surface 3 and the peripheral section of the bottom surface 3, an antifouling coating agent containing an antibacterial agent and/or a water-repellent agent is partially coated. In this case, as an antibacterial agent, benzalkonium chloride and cetyl pridinium which are classified as a quarternary ammonium, and those which are combined with, e.g. a phosphate such as zirconium phosphate and titanium phosphate by an ion exchange can be preferably used. Then, by forming the coating layer after the molding of the container and a printing, an attention to the heat- resistance or the like of the antibacterial agent and the water-repellent agent becomes unnecessary, and the antibacterial agent and the water-repellent agent are made selectable from among many kinds.
