PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject drink not containing an alcohol component, exhibiting an excellent beauty effect and useful for preventing arteriosclerosis, etc., by mixing and dissolving specific red grape extract powder, etc., with galactooligosaccharide, etc., in a specific ratio. SOLUTION: This method for producing a drink containing red grape extract powder, grape seed extract powder, and galactooligosaccharide as main components comprises mixing and dissolving 0.2-0.4 wt.% of the red grape extract powder, 0.6-0.7 wt.% of the grape seed extract powder, 40-44 wt.% of the galactooligosaccharide, 43-47 wt.% of a glucose solution, 4.5-6.5 wt.% of balsamic vinegar, 0.1-0.3 wt.% of a plant enzyme, and further vitamin C, sodium ascorbate, citric acid and a perfume in a total amount of 6-7 wt.%. The red grape extract powder is prepared by charging flesh-removed red grape pericarps, grape seeds and grape stems into a fermentation tank, adding water, fermenting the mixture, clarifying the fermentation liquid, separating the fermented liquid, heating and concentrating the fermented liquid to prepare the red grape concentrated extract, and subsequently spray-drying the concentrated extract. The grape seed extract powder is prepared by subjecting the seeds of grapes including the red grapes to the above operations. |
