PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject device capable of evenly grilling TAKOYAKI without being affected by the difference in the ratio of components contained in the dough, by disposing a take-out means for taking out the TAKOYAKIs from a grilling member and quickly freezing the TAKOYAKIs. SOLUTION: This device for preparing TAKOYAKIs (grilled dumplings with the bits of octopus) comprises a storage means 36 having an agitation means 41 for agitating the dough 17 in the first storage tank 42, a carriage means 37 comprising a carrying pipe route 46 and a driving motor 54 which can carry the dough from the end of the pipe route along a straight region and whose rotation rate can be controlled, the first gas burner 38 for heating the linear region, a control means 40 for controlling a carrying speed so that the dough 17 can sufficiently be heated to produce a paste, a nozzle 45 for dropping and feeding the dough 17, a gas burner 61 for heating the dough 17 in a state that the molds 63 are closed, an octopus bit-feeding means for individually feeding chopped octopus bits into the depressions 62 of the molds 63, a nozzle-driving member 48 for sequentially moving the nozzle 46 to positions corresponding to the depressions 62 in the state that pairs of molds 63 are opened, an opening or closing means 50 for opening or closing the feeding port 49 of the nozzle 46 with a cutting blade 51 to cut out the dough, and a means for taking out the prepared TAKOYAKIs from the grilling member 59. |
