PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ultraviolet-curable resin composition which gives an ultraviolet-curable sheet usable to readily form a fine pattern by incorporating a homo- or co-polymer of a methacrylate with a reactive component containing a methacrylate monomer and/or a methacrylate oligomer. SOLUTION: This composition comprises 100 pts.wt. homo- or co-polymer of a methacrylate such as methyl methacrylate, a reactive component containing 5-50 pts.wt. methacrylate and/or methacrylate oligomer such as diethylene glycol dimethacrylate, 0.1-20 pts.wt., per 100 pts.wt. composition, photopolymerization initiator such as diethoxyacetophenone, 10-95 wt.%, based on the composition, inorganic microparticles having a mean particle diameter of 100 μm or below, and 0.1-5 pts.wt. crosslinking agent such as a polyfunctional isocyanate. The homo- or co-polymer of a methacrylate has a number-average molecular weight of 10,000-1,000,000 and contains a comonomer exemplified by, 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate. |
