PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic-lock type locking device capable of surely unlocking a sub door when a main door is opened by a method other than a main unlocking method when a trouble happens. SOLUTION: An operation rod 28 is connected to a base end part of a longitudinal slider 10, a tip part of the operation rod 28 is projected from a body case 3, and when the restoring force of a restoration spring to return the longitudinal slider 10 to the unlocking position is weakened, the longitudinal slider 10 is released from a receiving piece 8 by manually pulling up the operation rod 28.
