PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet feeding device expected to extensively improve printing quality without possibility to scratch upper surfaces of the second and after second sheets. SOLUTION: A sheet push-up device B is provided in correspondence with the lower part side of a sheet 9 so that a rear part in the flowing direction of the sheet 9 floats against the following sheet 9 at the time when the extreme head end of the sheet 9 traveling on a conveyor 4 for carriage makes contact with a front contact 10 to regulate a head end position in the flowing direction of the sheet 9 on a sheet feeding device to carry the sheets fed from a sheet supply device of a sheet printing machine through the conveyor for carriage.
