PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the turning-on/off of a low-load and high-speed function at hand by providing a selective switch turning on/off the automatic speed selection in a handy operational switch. SOLUTION: When a hoist drive command button 1a of an operational switch 1 or a hoist drive command button 1b is turned on, an operation input detection part 4 transmits an operation signal to a main control part 5 and the main control part 5 sends the control signal 6 to an inverter part 8. The inverter part 8 converts the frequency of a three-phase alternating current 7 to drive an induction motor 10. At the same time, a brake control part 14 receiving a command from the operation input detection part 4 releases the brake 12 so that the induction motor 10 starts rotating. A rotation detector 11 detects the rotation of the induction motor 10, and inputs a rotation signal 13 to the main control part 5. A switch for a light-load and high-speed function is provided in a press-button switch in a radio operation transmitter 2, a signal is transmitted to a hoist control panel and a receiver device 3 by pushing the light-load and high-speed function button, and the high-speed driving in low load is implemented by the main control part 5.
