PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the treatment efficiency and the working efficiency by making it controllable to feed a fluid to be treated pooled in a trap to the downstream part of the trap by opening/closing a switch valve in an interlocking or a selecting mode. SOLUTION: The internal an unnecessary matter in a material to be treated 20 is dissolved and removed by a solvent vapor entrained by a water vapor which is sent into a treatment tank 2 from a solvent vapor generator 3. The solvent in the treatment tank 2 is recovered into the solvent vapor generator 3 through a solvent recovery flow path S, so that after a series of treatment steps, the temperature of the treatment tank 3 is lowered to a temperature level for water to be condensed. Thus it is possible to drain water separated from the solvent vapor through the bottom part of the treatment tank 2. Consequently, the degree of cooling the treatment tank 2 may be low and the cooling time can be shortened.
