PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet which has fire retardant properties as high as that of a decorative sheet using vinyl chloride resin and is friendly for environment, and does not require a large amount of various kinds of fire retardants so that it is manufactured at low costs. SOLUTION: A decorative sheet 1 is composed of a base layer 2 provided on one side of an interlayer 3 having at least one layer containing an ethylene- vinyl acetate copolymer as a main body, and a surface layer 4 provided on the other side and containing an olefinic thermoplastic resin as a main body. At least one layer of the interlayer 3 containing the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer as a main body is an expanded layer, and a fire retardant is added to at least one layer of the interlayer 3 and the surface layer 4.
