PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic machine capable of keeping quality equal to or higher than that of the conventional machine to surely perform fusing or welding even if the machine moving speed of a form or an ultrasonic wave generator is increased in the case of increasing the machining speed or in the case of machining a thick workpiece, and strongly transferring gold leaf or foil. SOLUTION: This machine includes a form 40 provided with a machining blade 41 of a designated shape and an ultrasonic wave generator 60 having a radiating port 70 pressed to a workpiece disposed in close contact with the form 40, wherein the form 40 or the ultrasonic wave generator 60 is moved to ultrasonic machine a workpiece into the shape of the machining blade 41 provided on the form 40, and the form 40 is heated.
