PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove the force tending to open a wound and to prevent the spreading of the wound trace of operation without the rash of the skin even if the above wear is constantly used by bringing supporting bodies consisting of hardly slippable stock into tight contact with the skin so as to hold the operation wound from both sides and with drawing the supporting bodies toward the wound. SOLUTION: The inside surface of a girdle 2 is provided with the flat rod-like supporting bodies 3 consisting of the hardly slippable stock so as to hold the operation wound 1 from both sides and unstretches 5 having stretchability are sewn to the outside surface 4 of the girdle 2. The other ends of the unstretches 5 are sewn to the side parts 6 of the girdle 2 so as to prevent the supporting bodies 3 from floating from the skin. Further, the unstretches 5 are provided with 3 steps of adjusting functions. The girdle 2 is worn so as to come into tight adhesion with the skin and the one-side ends of the unstretches 5 are bonded in such a manner that the skin on both sides of the operation wound 1 held by the supporting bodies 3 is slackened after the removal of threads. As a result, the supporting bodies 3 are withdrawn toward the operation wound 1 to prevent the opening of the operation wound 1.
