PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet paper holder device enabling a person to move in a washroom without toilet paper and a holder getting in the way and without lowering the apperance of the washroom. SOLUTION: An opening part 2 is formed at a cabinet 1. A holder 4 for holding toilet paper 3 between a state of being enclosed in the cabinet 1 and a state of protruding from the cabinet 1 is provided at the cabinet 1 so as to go in and out through the opening part 2. The holder 4 and the toilet paper 3 held to the holder 4 are enclosed in the cabinet 1 to reduce the protruding quantity of the holder 4 and toilet paper from the cabinet 1.
