PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the waste disposal, simplify the assembling, and make a display stand flatly foldable by constituting the display stand by use of only paper. SOLUTION: To assemble a housing part 10, two side plates 121, 122 are extended while raising a back plate 14, the back plate 14 is inserted between the two side plates 121 and 122 so as to be pressed to a mount 1, and the tip parts of a second bottom plate 132 folded in valley form is nipped between a presser plate 15 and a bottom reinforcing plate 16. To fold the assembled housing part 10, the second bottom plate 132 is pressed to this hand and removed from between the presser plate 15 and the bottom reinforcing plate 16, the back plate 14 is pulled back to this side from the mount 1, and the two side plates 121 and 122 are pressed to the inside and folded in two. In order to reinforce the housing part 10, a partitioning plate 30 is stuck to the reverse side of the second bottom plate 132, and in order to reinforce the mount 1, a reinforcing plate 40 is stuck to the reverse side of the mount 1.
